When it comes to global finance, then we all know that the monetary policies of central banks impact market sentiments.
Since March 2022, we have been following the interest rate of 5.50% in the U.S. The decision by the FED is never limited to the economy in the United States.
Today was Dot Plot & Powell Day of Markets
Whether they hike or lower interest rates, the knock on effects are felt from developed economies to developing ones. In other words, the policies of the FED decide on the attributed value of almost everything.
Breaking News The Fed keeps the interest rate as is.
There are many amongst us who think that central banks and fiat are shall we say shady!
However in the vast expanse of the internet, beyond the reach of standard search engines and common users, lies the dark web.
Navigating the Murky Waters of the Dark Web
At its core, the dark web was conceived as a bastion of privacy and freedom, offering a sanctuary for whistleblowers, dissidents, and those persecuted by oppressive regimes.
Of course when people are involved then the unscrupulous prevail.
This same cloak of anonymity has been exploited by a sinister and criminal element of society. This darker element has given rise to marketplaces dealing in illicit goods, from narcotics to counterfeit documents, and even more heinous crimes.
Are the minority screwing it for the majority? Police forces across the globe have taken to seizing assets and arresting many dark web practitioners.
It is not a passing fad, that is for sure. What about AI though, could it be used to help foster illicit profits on the dark web?
Can AI Look Like a Bubble?
I am sure many of us remember or heard of the infamous dotcom bubble that burst.
These bubbles were seen as must invest categories, the dotcom bubble was tech focused and money was flooding.
So what about AI?
If we look at artificial intelligence then we can see that it is another revolution from a technological point.
It will change many aspects of our lives, our work and the way we get information, bottom line is that there is no will, it already is impacting our lives!
Investers are pouring money into AI businesses, but results are being seen on a daily basis!
It may feasibly (although unlikely) become a bubble in the future but it isn't at the moment!
One thing that is sure, is not only is money flooding into the AI sector, but the pace of AI development is being undertaken at breathtaking speed!
A few days ago, Jensen Huang introduced the new BlackWell GPU architecture.
This architecture is focused on accelerating and improving the training of large language models (LLMs) that require processing of a huge amount of data in the shortest time possible.
Everything indicates that these processors will be capable of ushering in a new technological era for AI and enabling advancements in all computing areas.
On top of this news, we also had some amazing AI and tech related news!
